Where should I go when I arrive?
Enter the facility off of 20th Street and proceed to the Hayman Hall. A HOBY volunteer committee member will greet you and check you in.
Is it possible to arrive a day early?
Yes, anyone that is traveling more than 2 hours to the seminar may arrive Thursday evening after 6pm. Check in will be at Hayman Hall. What are the accommodations like?
Participants will be assigned to dorm rooms with two participants per room on floors reserved exclusively for the seminar. Please bring a pillow, bedding and toiletries.
